ST-1060AD Linear Magnetic Servo Screen Printing Press

ST1060AD is a new type of magnetic levitation servo screen printing machine and independently developed by Shanghai SCT Company with the independent technology patents rights. It is the first invented machine in the industry and the speed can be 5000pcs/h, which is the first choice for the related industries such as cigarette、 liquor box、cosmetics luxury box, ceramic and glass flower paper, textile transfer printing, metal nameplates, plastic film switches, and electronic and electrical components.

Advantages:

  • The shaftless feeder driving system has replaced the traditional mechanical shaft driving method, adopting the advanced electronic control technology can ensure the paper to be delivered more smoothly and accurately, thus effectively reducing the errors and worn-outs.
  • Drawer-type frame design: the frame and the transmission device can be pulled out as the whole the whole unit, convenient for checking the prints and the adjustment of the paper feeding, safe and easier for the cleaning of the cylinder and screen plates; sensor automatic monitoring system can make sure the reliability.
  • High-precision servo scraper system: This scraper system is highly precise and integrates multiple advanced technologies such as electronics, servo, and fiber optics.   • The automatically adjustable pneumatic side lay and front lay, the unique free switch of the push or pull lay device can meet the precise overprinting of the 90-420gsm paper; The fiber optic detection monitors in real time of the positioning of the prints, reducing the waste rate.
  • The screen frame adopts the magnetic levitation direct drive technology (the latest technology from Germany), without the need for gear and rack transmission, which enables the frame to accelerate and decelerate more rapidly and smoothly, achieving ±0.04mm dynamic registration accuracy for the entire format; there is no wear, thus prolonging the service life of the equipment and reducing noise and vibration.
  • Ultrasonic double-sheet detection system can prevent the double-sheet paper feeding and improve the production efficiency, the thickness and number of layers of paper has been detected by emitting and receiving ultrasonic signals.
  • The pre-loading paper non-stop feeding device ensures the screen printing continuously and stably, before finishing the main paper stack, it can continue the non-stop production.
  • The whole machine adopts servo control, which can make the machine run precisely and stably. During the production, it can adjust the printing speed, printing pressure, etc, but still maintains high-precision registration.
