Description

The machine can be matched with the automatic screen printing machine to be the new process production line integrating wrinkle/snowflake ink technology/UV coating/cold foil stamping as well as the cast cure process.

Snowflake/;wrinkle detonation function it has been equipped with the wrinkle and snowflake detonating UV tube, which can detonate and wrinkle the special craft inks such as wrinkle/snowflake and is suitable for the special craft effect embellishment of screen printing on packaging. UV curing function the UV transparent varnish is printed on the paper by the screen printing machine, the production line is equipped with 1* UV 8KW tube and 2*UV 12KW tubes, which can dry and cure UV ink.

Cold foil stamping function instead of the traditional hot-stamping by hot-pressing on the stamping plate to transfer the process of the foils, using the screen printing machine to transfer the cold foil to the related place through the glue viscosity to achieve fine lines,precise gradient dots, color blocks and other metal decoration effect, it can also achieve the embossed and convex cold foiling by scraping the thick ink.

Cast&cure function instead of the traditional OPP film,using the completely new pressing and transferring technology, by UV glue to transfer the holographic pattern on the OPP film, which can achieve the cast and cure effect in the full or part sheet. After transferring, the film can be re-used and save the materials costs

Advantages

The whole machine adopts integrated touch screen control and equipped with the various malfunction alarm facilitating operation and maintenance. Cold foil stamping can simultaneously install multiple rolls of foils,the foil step function can be achieved in one single paper and also between the paper sheets. The winding and unwinding system have adopted our patented technology foil reel exchange device, enabling the foil reel to be easily and quickly transferred from the winding position to the unwinding position, significantly improving the production efficiency, reducing the labor intensity and and enhancing the safety performance.

UV lamps adopt electronic power supply (with inverter dimming control) and can be flexibly set according to the process requirements for UV lamp energy, thus saving the energy and electricity. When the equipment is in standby mode, the UV lamps will automatically switch to low-power consumption mode. When paper is detected, the UV lamps will automatically switch back to working mode, thus saving the energy and electricity.

The equipment is equipped with the platform for cutting and pressing the films, making it more convenient to change the foils. The pressure of the cold foil stamping roller is electronically adjustable, and the cold foil stamping pressure can be precisely and digitally controlled. The stacker is an independent machine which is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and can be flexibly selected to install a 2-meter cooling unit at the front end for cooling (2-meter cooling is more effective).
